Do you coordinate with Ontario Health atHome and other public services?

Yes. We work with Ontario Health atHome and can help you understand your options. If you are not sure what funding or service path fits, you can call us and we will talk it through with you.

Will you advocate for my loved one with doctors and the healthcare system?

Yes. Once someone is in our care, we actively speak up for them, follow up on appointments, and make sure their needs and your wishes are heard.

Do you offer full-time care for an aging parent?

Yes. Daisy Acres is a small private home that provides continuous, personalized care in a real-home environment focused on dignity and comfort.

What about end-of-life or “dying with dignity” care?

We offer private palliative care, under doctor, nurse and pharmacist oversight, that prioritizes comfort, presence, and peace of mind for both the resident and the family.

Can I get respite help so I can rest or take a break?

Yes. Respite can be for a few hours, a day, or longer. Many families also use our Day Program for regular daytime relief and socialization.

Do you bring care into the person’s own home?

Yes. We provide non-medical in-home support — companionship, personal care, meals, and safety — so people can remain at home when that is the best option.

Do you have medical oversight?

Yes. We have doctor, nurse and pharmacist oversight as part of our care, giving families extra confidence that clinical needs are being monitored while still keeping the warm, home-like environment.
